Policies & Cancellation Fees
- Base rates for Suites on Main Street are for double occupancy.
- Each person beyond the first two people is an additional $20 per person/per night at ALL Properties. This means we add $20.00 to the “Rate” and THEN calculate any applicable tax or gratuity charges based on the new rate.
- The 1st child under 12 is free. Any additional children, regardless of age, will be counted as additional people ($20/pp)
- For a one-night stay, we require a 100% deposit to hold the unit. For stays of two or more nights, we charge 50% at check-in, with the remaining 50% due upon check-in.
- There is a 72-hour cancellation/charge policy for the Margaretville Motel and Suites on Main Street. This means that if the guest cancels their reservation 72 hours or more before their date of arrival, they receive their deposit back, less a $50.00 cancellation fee PER UNIT.
- Any reservation cancellations made past the 72-hour cancellation period will be subject to our “no refund policy”. No money will be refunded, including deposits.
- Cancellation policy for the Village Suites and Margaretville Mountain Inn requires a 10-day notice of cancellation. Cancellations made 10 days or more before your reservation will receive a refund minus a $50 Cancellation Fee. Cancel less than 10 days before your reserved date, there will be no refund issued. If the guest has reserved 3 or more units or wedding parties, the cancellation policy becomes a 30-day notice cancellation.
- The minimum night stay requirements must be met at all properties. If a guest cancels one night of a three-night minimum stay, they will be charged for the three-night stay.
- Lost or unreturned keys are a $25.00 charge per key.
- Check-in time for Motel, Guest House, Village Suites, and Suites on Main is 3 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. Any guest arriving before check-in will not be guaranteed entry into the room/property and will be subject to additional charges. Check-out after 11 am will be subject to an additional charge.
- Check-in time for the Margaretville Inn is between 4 pm and 6 pm. Check-out is 11 am. Anyone arriving before 4 pm or checking out after 11 am will incur additional charges.
- Specials and discounts can not be combined with any other special.
- No Pets! No Smoking! There will be a $100 deep-cleaning fee per night, per room, for any room where guests have smoked or had animals.
